A choice of over 800 different bottles is on offer at our Bath shop, which forms an integral part of our warehouse and office in central Bath. A selection of wines is always open for tasting, and enthusiastic and experienced staff encourage visitors to linger and browse whilst helping to find the perfect wine. A mail order service is also available and the same attention to detail and personal advice is available by phone, on email or through our website.

Happy new year all. Everyone is on the new year diet, we’ve done a bit of exercise but the fun of that is starting to wear off – it certainly has for me. Time for a treat, so to the January sales – there are some real corkers in there but where would I spend my money? Top Soave, Prosecco, St Emilion? Yep all the classics are there but I’m going to use the new year to find something new, away from the norm. So a red from Austria. No not Australia, Austria. Whites are only made in Austria I hear you say. Nein nein. There are fabulous reds and this one is a steal at only £9.00 reduced from £13.95. A real winter wonder, full of cherry, black fruit, pepper and a lick of vanilla. It’s Triebaumer’s Blaufrankisch-(grape). Try something different at the start of 2012.
