Winemaking

By macerating on the skins for added depth and extract, Roberto’s wine-making artistry sculptures the extraordinary material provided by superb terroir and vineyard management into a range with incredible depth, breadth and longevity. Capitel Foscarino is an 80% Garganega and 20% Trebbiano single-vineyard from steeply sloping, tuffaceous soil (at 350 meters above sea level), whose especially fine components are enhanced by a minuscule yield of 18 hl./a.
