“Arak de Kefraya” is a clear spirit where the very best French distillation methods are matched with Lebanese tradition. The vats of wine which are not of a sufficiently high enough quality to be part of Kefraya's range are distilled with a first distillation (Armagnac method) and the primary product (of 67% alcohol) is obtained. This alcohol is distilled a second time and then a third distillation is made in a still from “Charentes”.
