• Bogle’s Chardonnay has a little something for everyone: barrel fermentation, sur-lies aging, and partial malolactic fermentation. These hand-crafted processes create a wine with a generous fruit character and some delicious layers of extra complexity. Green apple and ripe pear are the dominant fruits, while creamy and buttery flavours are evident in the mid-palate. New American oak lends nutmeg and spicy tones to the wine. The finish is all about crispness and balanced acidity.
