Winemaking
The winemaking philosophy behind Carmel Ridge wines is to craft fruit forward, easy drinking, value for money wines for drinking young. The wines all come from the southern Mount Carmel region, close to Carmel's Zichron Ya'acov Cellars overlooking the Mediterranean Sea between Tel Aviv and Haifa. After careful harvesting and fermentation in sophisticated modern stainless steel equipment, the wine is kept for a few months prior to bottling. No oak is uesd.
