  • Lovely, classic Chablis nose of lemon, lime and oystershell, with an intriguing suggestion of spice - aniseed, perhaps. In the mouth, everything Chablis ought to be: dry and steely, offset by a certain richness; the flavours begin with lemony fruit, then progress into hints of honey, chamomile and tangerine on the complex finish.

Rich, leesy nose; with rounded fruit on the palate, full and ripe, as you would expect from the vintage, but with good balancing acidity.

Winemaking

Our vines on the appellation Chablis spread over 12 hectares, situated at the heart of the Chablisian vineyard. This wine is aged in stainless steel tanks so as to respect the typicity of the appellation. Our Chablis are characterised by their freshness, power and tenacity. The bouquet displays a dominance of mineral notes, which are often associated with delicate touches of citrus fruit (lemon and grapefruit). This wine can be enjoyed within 2 years, and is an excellent match for seafood or fish.
