My passion for Laurent-Perrier's innovative, consistently good champagnes continues. The Brut is Chardonnay dominated and while it may not be the most thrilling of all the big houses, its elegant, waxy, Granny Smith and lemon zest palate never disappoints. The Prince of Wales is a big Laurent-Perrier fan, so this may be the bubbly served on April 29!
