Ruby red in appearance. Elegantly scented with pleasant notes of ripe and sour cherry. Rich and velvety on the palate with a persistent length.

The wine is aged in oak for 7 months: partly in 35-hl. barrels (60%) and partly in Allier barriques (40%); then bottle-aged 4 months.
