GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
We're passionate about making sure your wine arrives on time and in pristine condition. At the checkout you can select whether you collect your wine from our shop, or have it delivered. Most wine mail order is delivered within four working days but please say if you require quicker delivery as this can usually be achieved. Delivery will be made Monday to Friday between 9 - 5.30pm, but if you require delivery on a Saturday or at a specific time this can be arranged for an additional charge.
Wine delivery is FREE on any order of 12 bottles in the UK mainland.
Deliveries under 12 bottles are charged as follows:
- Delivery of 4-11 bottles including 6 bottle gifts @ £8.95
- Delivery of 1-3 bottles and all other gifts @ £5.95
- Saturday or weekday 9.30am timed deliveries available. Please select special delivery options in the left hand menu.
- UK Islands and European deliveries are available. Please select special delivery options in the left hand menu.
All deliveries are made on our own vans or via the Interlink Express dedicated wine delivery service. Delivery is guaranteed, fully insured and checked to make sure a proof of delivery is received for every parcel we send.
