Made from a classic blend of Carignan, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre, this wine has aromatic plum and summer fruits. Fine, smooth tannins, rich sweet fruit, yet in the fully dry French vein, with all the sweetness coming from the fruit. Really quite moreish. Mood : roast and grilled veg, tomato-based dishes.
