Winemaking
The wine is made of 100% Albarino grape variety. The grapes, harvested manually, are taken to the cellar in its ideal state of maturation. The bunches go into a crusher de-stemmer and are the pressed in pneumatic press. The obtained must is kept in stainless steel vat for one day in order to be settled. After that, the clean part of must is separated for fermentation and the heavy lees are filtered with vacum filter. After the fermentation the wine is racked in order to be separated from the lees and is kept in the vat for one week and filtered
