American John Cochran met his French wife Veronique while working in Paris but he soon became tempted, as have many before him, by the rural French lifestyle. Following a long search he bought Falfas in 1988 and immediately converted it to biodynamic viticultural practices with an extraordinary effect on the quality of the wines produced. The estate has earned international acclaim for producing a Bordeaux wine of great concentration and structure.
