A single vineyard wine, made in the classic Glen Carlou style, this wine will mature well and will show rich yeasty, full citrus and biscuity flavours as it ages. This wine has the potential to mature well up to 8-10 years in the bottle.
Fermentation involves 4 weeks natural yeast fermentation in barrel.
Barrel ageing: 100% New French Oak for 11 months.
