Winemaking

The parcels of grapes are selected from 16ha in an area called 'Ronco del Fortino', then left on the vine to be harvested 2 weeks after all the other grapes. The individual character of each vintage of Tunina is sought in the final blend, where Jermann carefully balances the individual components of each variety and parcel into a harmonious and complimentary whole.
