    Sauvignon Gris
  • Very pale, clean nettle / straw colour. Pronounced, simple aroma - lime, a touch of spice, a sprinkling of white flowers. The palate is very clean, very crisp, very pure flavours - light lime, touch of floweriness, but with a tropical edge to the fruit, peaches and orange and a finishing twist of sherbet. Treat as a Sauvignon Blanc but with a little more body and less gooseberry / mineral influence.

SILVER MEDAL - Dry, honeyed nose with cut grass and green citrus aromas. Palate has tropical fruit notes, richness and ripeness. Good acidity cleans the finish.
