Press ReviewPress

The 2009 Huellas is composed of 50% Carinena, 40% Garnacha, with the balance Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah with the fruit sourced from around the villages of Pobeleda and Porrera. The wine was aged for 12 months in 20% new French oak. It gives up an inviting bouquet of Asian spices, smoke, mineral, black cherry, and black plum leading to a high-toned, racy style of Priorat. The wine has plenty of sweet fruit, excellent volume, and a lengthy, pure finish. It will be at its best from 2013 to 2021. 92
