Winemaking

Sourced exclusively from estate vineyards within the historic Grampian region of Western Victoria. Harvest took place in the cool early hours of the day in order to preserve the delicate riesling characteristics. The winemaking followed a similar route, with protection from oxygen employed at all stages, cold fermentation in temperature controlled steel tanks and racking off the gross lees as early as possible.
