The minimal interventionalist winemaking philosophy applied to the creation of Mount Langi Ghiran’s red wines include fermentation in open, shallow concrete tanks with manual plunging of the cap, maturation in French and American oak and light filtration only. Mount Langi Ghiran’s finest expression of Shiraz, a benchmark for the cool climate Australian style.
