In certain vintages, some other estates approach Pigeade in quality, but over the last decade this domaine has been on top form year in, year out. The style is that of finesse and purity, with aromas and flavours of the grapes preserved as they were on the vine. Acidity balances the sweetness deliciously, and circumspect alcohol makes for great overall balance.
