Winemaking

The vines are planted at an altitude of 300m a.s.l with a westerly exposure. The average age of the vines are roughly 30 years old, which are planted at a density of 3800 per hectare, making use of the guyot training system. The wines are not irrigated and are manually harvested. Lightly fined with casein - suitable for vegetarians.
