Michel and Pierre proved their dedication to environmentally friendly viticulture by becoming proud members of Terra Vitis, an organisation which promotes and monitors ecological sustainability in every step of the winemaking process. Out of respect for the vineyard and the surrounding flora and fauna, vines, where necessary, are treated with biodynamic and organic materials, grapes are hand harvested and only indigenous yeasts are used in the fermentation process.

Michel and Pierre’s fastidious work in the vineyard shines through in the final product yielding some of the best Beaujolais we have tasted. The texture, depth of fruit and above all, the vibrant juicy fruit is Beaujolais at its very best.

We have selected the fabulous value Beaujolais, the vibrant Brouilly and the classy Moulin à Vent from their 15 hectares of vineyards in Odenas and Moulin à Vent.
