Christian Lihour produces some wonderful whites on his tiny12 hectares estate in the foothills of the Pyrenées. All his wines have a complex flavour with stainless steel preserving their freshness. He also uses a pneumatic press to improve the quality.The Cuvée Privilège made from Petit Manseng is very traditional and probably one of the best in this style from the area, fermented in stainless steel, then aged in a big 800 litre cask.
