Françoise Feuillat-Juillot, daughter of renowned winemaker Michel Juillot from Mercurey, heads this small family run vineyard. After deciding that she wanted to make wine and setting up her own venture,Françoise went into partnership in 1989 with Maurice Bertrand, a small grower in Montagny, giving her access to the quality of vineyard she needed to fulfill her ambition. In 2004 Françoise bought the other half of the business from the Bertrand family. The Domaine Feuillat-Juillot now consists of 14 hectares of vineyards with a majority of 30- 40 year old vines giving wines of incredible finesse and complexity, with a touch of femininity (of course!).
