Paulinshof, situated in the village of Kesten on the banks of the river Mosel, is a small producer of top quality, traditional style Rieslings. Owners Christa and Oliver Jungling work nine hectares of precipitously steep vineyard to produce sublime and delicate Rieslings with deliciously floral character, fresh acidity and low levels of alcohol. The slate soils, old vines and tiny yields combine to ensure wines of world class.
