Young husband and wife team Jurgen and Carolin Hofmann own this tiny (3.5 hectare) estate in the Saar, which is a small tributary of the Mosel. With an average vine age of 30 years, the steeply sloping vineyards produce the top quality fruit which is used to produce their deliciously dry Riesling.
