    Don't be fooled by the Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits on the label, this is no ordinary Pinot Noir from Burgundy. Tastes good enough to have a village classification, but at a generic HCdN price.

    Packed with fruit, and more complexity than you'd expect at the price. Certainly does the Burgundy PN name proud.

    As I remember the story, the wine comes from the hills immediately behind Chambolle-Musigny, where Roumiers main holding is. (Posted on 30/12/2008)
