Winemaking

The harvest is carried out during the coolest hours of the morning into 20kg bins. Hand selection and destemming takes place at the winery, before fermentation via gravitational uploading (avoiding the use of pumps).

  1. Lovely complex cabernet Review by Matt

    This is really nice. Cassis, plummy, cedary and yeasty on the nose with a hint of red fruits. All the same on the palate welded together in a fantastic medley of flavour. There is a lot going on that created a depth of intrigue for me and I want another sip to discover more - always a good sign for me! (Posted on 13/08/2009)
