Quite complex, tight and fruity with lovely open lemon and mandarin fruit, as well as a bit of soft ripe pear character. Fruit dominates – this is approachable and tasty with no rough edges.

What they say: Micro-bubbles! Refined and muted on both nose and palate, gradually revealing peach, yellow apple and mineral characteristics. Long, lean and lovely with an intensification of the flavours on the finish. What we think: Clean, fresh pear fruit with some floral lift on the nose, it’s a mix of pears, citrus and honeysuckle on the off-dry palate. Very fresh, very pure and dangerously gluggable.
