Domaine Saumize-Michelin is located in the village of Vergisson, 12 km to the South of Mâcon. The owners, Roger and Christine Saumize, took on the domaine in 1978 and are meticulous in both tending the vineyard and in keeping a very clean and orderly winery. The domaine's philosophy is to respect nature and the environment and as a result they produce beautiful wines that truly reflect the terroir.
