Dom Pérignon is the prestige label of Champagne house Moët & Chandon, it is always a vintage wine and is reinvented with every vintage to illuminate the distinctive aspects of the given year. This means in certain years, when the fruit is not judged to be of a high enough quality, a vintage will not be released. The wine is then only released after 7 years of ageing. Vintage is constant yet, each one, individual.
