La Clape

Mas du Soleilla is a small vineyard of just 18 hectares producing just 5000 cases or so from Bourboulenc and Roussanne for whites, and Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Franc for reds, in very special terroir overlooking the Mediterranean, on the La Clape peninsula east of Narbonne

In the vineyard, where heavy pruning and green harvesting, and hand picking and sorting, result in yields of around a quarter of those at other vineyards in the area, making these outstanding wines not only fantastic quality but also great value.
