Tokaji is famed for its intense sweet wines and this is a dry take on the grape that fashions those wines. It is an intriguing, complex bottle with aromas of baked apples, honey and spices. All this deceives you into thinking the wine will be richer than it is; the palate is pure and given focus by Furmint’s bracing acidity. Drink with: roast chicken.
