Winemaking

Sourced from vineyards situated in the cooler climate areas of the Yarra valley, not too far from Melbourne. The addition of 5% Viogner to the Shiraz adds an element of opulent aromatic character to the nose and softens the palate, a technique used traditionally in the Cote Rotie area of the Northern Rhone.
