Rosé

“You have to take rosé as seriously as you would a red or a white,” says Rodolfo Bastida of Bodegas Ramón Bilbao. One taste of his jaw-dropping Rosado Lalomba shows that he certainly practices what he preaches. This wine is phenomenal, and it’s far from alone in our star-studded lineup of pink wines. Rosé may be fun, and it may be easy-drinking, but that doesn’t prevent it from offering every bit as much marvellous finesse as a red or white wine.
