Domaine Brusset

With some of the most breathtakingly beautiful vineyards we have ever seen, Domaine Brusset covers 70 hectares in Gigondas, Cairanne, Rasteau, Ventoux and Côtes du Rhône. André Brusset founded the estate in 1947, which is run today by his son, Daniel, and grandson, Laurent. It was Daniel who made the decision to buy 18 hectares of abandoned vines high up in Gigondas on an incredibly steep slope at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. His decision was to prove a good one - the vineyards are now priceless.

From the least to the most expensive, each of the wines expresses beautiful purity of fruit, alongside characteristic South Rhône herbal, peppery spiciness. The most distinctive wines from Cairanne and Gigondas also have fantastic concentration, depth, complexity and individuality. In pursuit of distinctiveness and quality, crop yields are kept very low – between 20 and 35 hectolitres per hectare for most of the wines. Whether you are looking for a bottle to enjoy immediately or to cellar, each of the Brusset wines represents outstanding value for money.
