Domaine du Vissoux


Pierre and Martine Chermette are producers of serious Beaujolais. They avoid the ubiquitous use of cultured yeasts and chaptalisation, believing that character comes from ripe grapes and local yeasts. The wines are a revelation, showing what the Gamay grape is truly capable of when handled with respect. All the wines from this excellent estate are bottled without filtration.
