Hattingley Valley

A family owned business established by Simon Robinson in the heart of Hampshire, Hattingley valley has been winning international acclaim and awards ever since its first vintage in 2013. This English wine project began in 2008 and has developed into an a custom built, eco-friendly winery (first in the UK to adopt solar power), farming some 24 hectares of vines across two separate sites.

Hattingley Valley employs the traditional method to create the bubbles, but key to the distictive style of the wines is a unique combination of techniques.  Ageing both in barrels and on the lees brings about a generosity and sophistication of texture - a rare thing among English wines.  As such, Hattingley Valley is already regarded as a top brand abroad, and looks to be gaining similar recognition at home.
