Bright straw yellow in colour, with intense aromas of juicy pears, minerals and freshly-baked bread. Good concentration on the palate backed by vibrant acidity, persistant, effervescent bubbles and a clean, balanced, crisp finish.

On the slopes of the first Dolomite spurs, in the northern part of the province of treviso, from selected grapes in the best crus of the high Valdobbiadene hills. the grapes are harvested during the first half of October and are fermented without skins at the controlled temperature of 20 degrees. The 'sparkle' occurs in the spring after the harvest, by slow second fermentation in closed containers at 12-14 degrees and are in contact with the lees for approx. 3 months.
