We are delighted to be running this tasting with the world renowned journalist Matthew Jukes, who publishes a very influential list of his Top 100 Australian wines. Matthew will introduce around 30 of the top 100 wines to taste. This includes some of Australia's most legendary wines, with no fewer than 12 wines direct shipped from our own producers! (Glaetzer, Kooyong, Mount Langi, Parker, Peter Lehmann, Skillogalee, Xanadu, Tim Knapstein.)
In just its second year the Top 100 Roadshow is already known as one of the very best opportunities to try Australia’s best wines - as anyone who tasted their way through over £1000 of wine at our 2010 event will know. Definitely one not to miss.

Poliziano: Discover the REAL Super Tuscan's.

Azienda Agricola Poliziano is one of the very best producers of Montepulciano. Federico Carletti (owner) and winemaker Carlo Ferrini have a tireless attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment - in both cantina and vineyard – to create some of Italy’s finest wines - as recognised regularly in Italy's Gambero Rosso guide.
The Poliziano wines are led by a superlative Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Cru Asinone, which is 100% Sangiovese, and produced only in the best years. There is also a 'Super-Tuscan' Le Stanze a blend of the usual French varieties, and a superb Rosso di Montepulciano - which with its intense ruby red colour and fruit-packed palate is a notable bargain, and is far better than many growers` pricier Vino Nobiles.
